At 81 years old, my father quite unexpectedly and unceremoniously found himself in need of legal representation. We came across Mr. White’s information and I, in all seriousness and without hyperbole, thank God that we did! He took both cases and immediately got to work. Throughout the whole process, he has been easily accessible by phone and email and extremely gracious in every interaction. His legal knowledge and skill were immediately apparent during our first conversation and honestly, that was only a taste of what was to come. Tim is thoughtful, methodical, thorough and most importantly... gets results! I feel like he went above and beyond to over-deliver on the fee paid. 2026 URGENT Criminal defense cases update:
Every criminal defense client other than traffic cases MUST agree to a demand for speedy trial to apply in their case if they want me to represent them. If not, you need to continue your search for an attorney to handle your case.
My fees for criminal cases range between $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 depending on the severity of the charge(s). Attorney's fees must be paid in full before representation will begin. I do not accept partial payments in any criminal case, felony or misdemeanor.
